As work from home became more mainstream over the past year and a half due to “reasons,” an ergonomic and comfortable work environment has never been more important.

One thing we tend to neglect at home is lighting. Lighting can be the difference between feeling tired, groggy and unfocused or productive. The BenQ ScreenBar looks to help in creating a well illuminated and comfortable work environment. Check out the video as I go through some of the features of the light bar.

I bought the ErgoChair 2 from Autonomous.AI at the beginning of this “2020 situation” and decided to create a video documenting my experience with it.
